Marvel Nemesis; Rise of the Imperfects

Hey fans,

Being a Venom geek and a bit of a gamer, I thought I’d share this game with you all. It’s called “Marvel Nemesis; Rise of the Imperfects”

It is AWESOME! Available on the classic Xbox, Playstation 2, and GameCube, the game’s story is basically this: Strange cyborg-like aliens that have the ability to possess people team up with a handful of super-villains and begin overtaking the Earth, thus of course enticing Marvel’s greatest superheroes to rise up and stop them. Playable heroes include Venom, Wolverine, Iron Man, Electra, Human Torch, Spider-Man, and even more. There’s also a two player versus mode that’s really fun.

Venom is BOSS to play as;

His powers are great, he can pick up and throw cars at enemies, shoot “webs”, and generally cause a lot of great carnage. In fact, I personally think that this is the best game that features the anti-hero as a playable character to date. The controls are also nice and easy and the gameplay is more action packed than Rambo 3. The only thing I find annoying about it is the poorer graphics, but once you start taking out some alien scum, you forget about it. So if you’re looking for a game with great superhero fights, Venom as a playable character, and plenty of destruction, look no further. The game sells used for under ten bucks online, and is definitely worth it.
